The service

Payitgo provides software to create crypto payment requests, hosted checkout pages and payment links, to monitor blockchains for incoming payments, to notify your systems, and to settle payments. Each payment gets its own deposit address. Once a deposit is final, Payitgo settles it, less fees, to your payout address for that coin (direct settlement, the default) or to your balance held in USDT on Tron (custody). Payitgo converts a coin only when, with direct settlement, a payment arrives in a coin you have no payout address for (it is then converted into one of your payout coins and sent there, in live mode only), or when it buys a deposit for your custody balance. Payitgo handles crypto only: no cards, no bank transfers, no fiat payouts.

Your account

You are responsible for the accuracy of your account information and payout addresses, for keeping your credentials, two-factor recovery codes, API keys and webhook secrets secure, for the roles you give your team, and for activity under your account. Your first live payout address of a coin is used for settlement at once; another, or a changed one, 24 hours after the change, and payments due to it wait for it meanwhile.

Fees

Payitgo charges a service fee agreed with your account (1% by default, at least $0.20 per deposit), the network fee of moving each deposit, and, where a deposit is converted, a conversion fee (0.5% of what is swapped or converted, 1.5% of what Payitgo buys for your custody balance). Fees are deducted from each deposit as it settles; they are not invoiced. You may choose to have your customers pay them on top of your price.

Acceptable use

You may not use Payitgo for unlawful goods or services, fraud, or to evade sanctions or other laws that apply to you or your customers. Payitgo may suspend an account that breaks these terms.

Payments and refunds

Payitgo does not issue refunds. Refunds and disputes are handled by you directly with your customers, from your own wallet, using the sender address recorded for each deposit. Blockchain transactions are irreversible: Payitgo cannot recover funds sent to a wrong address or network, or an XRP payment sent without its destination tag. A deposit that arrives up to 24 hours after a payment closed is still settled to you.

Balances and payouts

With custody, your balance is held in USDT on Tron and paid out on request to any of your live USDT payout addresses, on any network. With direct settlement, what stays in your balance is paid out automatically to your USDT address on BNB Smart Chain or Ethereum. Payouts start at $10, carry the network fee of sending them, and those you request are reviewed by Payitgo before they are sent; Payitgo may reject a payout, in which case the amount returns to your balance.

Availability and liability

We aim for high availability but the service is provided as is. To the extent permitted by law, Payitgo is not liable for indirect or consequential losses, or for losses caused by blockchain networks, exchanges or third-party wallets.

Changes

We may update these terms. We will notify you of material changes before they take effect.
