What we collect

Account details you give us: your name, your email, your business name and, for each team member, their name, email and role. Security records: sign-in sessions, two-factor settings and an audit log of changes made to your account. The payout addresses you add. Payment records: amounts, coins, networks, deposit addresses, transaction hashes, and the address each deposit was sent from. If you attach a customer's email address to a payment or a customer record, we keep it with that payment.

How we use it

To run your account, show payments and settlements in your dashboard, watch blockchains for incoming payments, settle them to your payout addresses or your balance, send webhooks and account notifications, prevent fraud and abuse, and meet our legal obligations.

Your funds

With direct settlement (the default), Payitgo forwards each payment, less fees, to a payout address you control minutes after it is final. With custody, which you can choose instead, Payitgo holds your balance in USDT on Tron until you request a payout. We never ask for your wallets' private keys or recovery phrases.

Sharing

We share data only with service providers that help us operate Payitgo (for example hosting and email delivery), with a third-party exchange service when a payment is converted across networks (the amount and your payout address for that conversion), when required by law, or with your permission. We do not sell personal data.

Retention and your rights

We keep account and payment records for as long as your account is open and as required by law. You can ask us to access, correct or delete your personal data through our contact page.
